DigitifyZar builds software that holds some of the most sensitive records an institution keeps — children’s attendance and patients’ medical histories. This page explains, in plain terms, what we do with personal data.
What we collect
Contact details you submit through our demo and enquiry forms (name, organisation, phone, email, city), the message you send us, and standard technical data such as IP address, browser and referring page. When you become a customer, we process the operational data you load into the platform — student, patient, staff and financial records — strictly as your data processor.
Why we use it
To respond to your enquiry, prepare a proposal, run demos, provide and support the services you buy, meet our legal and tax obligations, and improve our products. We do not sell personal data, and we do not use customer operational data to train models or for advertising.
Where it lives
Marketing enquiries are stored in our CRM. Customer deployments run on our cloud, on your private cloud, or entirely on your own premises, depending on your contract. Where you require data residency inside Pakistan, we provision accordingly and record it in the agreement.
How long we keep it
Enquiry records are retained for 24 months from your last contact unless you ask us to erase them sooner. Customer operational data is retained for the life of the contract plus the retention period agreed in your data-processing agreement, after which it is deleted or returned in a portable format.
Who else sees it
Sub-processors we rely on to deliver the service: cloud hosting, the WhatsApp Business Platform, payment gateways you choose, and email or SMS providers. Each is bound by contract to equivalent protections. We disclose data to authorities only where legally compelled, and we notify you unless prohibited from doing so.
Your rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, object to processing, or ask for a copy in a portable format. Write to us and we will respond within 30 days.
Security
Encryption in transit and at rest, role-based access control, full audit logging, least-privilege administration, regular backups and periodic penetration testing. If a breach affects your data we will notify you without undue delay, with the facts as we know them.
