Terms of service

Plain-language terms for working with DigitifyZar. If anything here is unclear, ask us before you sign — we would rather explain it now than argue about it later.
1. Agreement
These terms govern your use of Digitifyzar websites, products and services. A signed order form or subscription agreement takes precedence over anything written here where the two differ.
2. Subscriptions and fees
EduFirst is licensed per enrolled student per year. HMS is licensed per active bed and counter. Fees are invoiced in advance for the agreed term and are exclusive of applicable taxes. Hardware and one-time professional services are quoted separately.
3. Your data
You retain ownership of all data you load into the platform. We process it only to provide the service, in line with our privacy policy and your data-processing agreement. You may export your data at any time during the term and for 30 days after it ends.
4. Availability and support
We target 99.9% monthly availability for cloud deployments, excluding scheduled maintenance announced at least 48 hours in advance. Support is provided during business hours with a four-hour response target; enterprise plans may include extended cover.
5. Acceptable use
You will not use the services to store unlawful content, attempt to breach their security, resell access without written consent, or send messages that violate the WhatsApp Business Platform policies or applicable telecommunication rules.
6. Liability
Neither party is liable for indirect or consequential loss. Our aggregate liability in any 12-month period is limited to the fees you paid in that period. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
7. Termination
Either party may terminate for material breach that remains uncured after 30 days written notice. On termination we will provide a full export of your data and then delete it in line with the agreed retention period.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan, and the courts at Lahore have exclusive jurisdiction.
