Custom SaaS & Enterprise ERP

When the off-the-shelf answer is the wrong answer.

Full-cycle engineering for platforms nobody sells: architecture design, multi-tenant databases, integrations with the systems you already run, and web plus mobile delivery — on the same core that already runs EduFirst, CareFirst HMS and CortexOne in production.

What you get before you commit

  • A written architecture document
  • A fixed-price build proposal
  • An honest feasibility verdict
  • All of it yours, even if you walk away

45 minutes with an engineer, not a salesperson — including the answer that you may not need us.

Capabilities

The four decisions that determine whether year three hurts.

Most custom builds fail on architecture and integration discipline, not on features.

Multi-tenancy decided on purpose, not by accident

Tenancy model, data isolation, permissions and audit are chosen in week one against your actual regulatory and commercial constraints — because retrofitting them at year two costs more than the original build.

  • Shared-schema or dedicated-database isolation per tenant
  • Row-level security and per-tenant encryption keys
  • Role and attribute-based permissions down to the field
  • Audit trail and data-retention policy from day one

Shared-schema by default for cost, dedicated database for tenants whose contract or regulator demands it — both behind one codebase and one deployment.

Process

Fixed scope, fixed price, fortnightly demos.

No time-and-materials drift. You see working software every two weeks or you stop paying.

  1. 012 weeks

    Discovery sprint

Process mapping, systems audit, domain modelling and a fixed-price build proposal — with the architecture document and the estimate yours to keep even if you walk away.

  2. 022–3 weeks

    Architecture & foundations

Tenancy model, data model, auth and permissions, CI/CD, environments and observability. The unglamorous half that decides whether year three is pleasant or expensive.

  3. 036–16 weeks

    Iterative build

Fortnightly demos against a fixed scope. You see working software every two weeks, in your own staging environment, with the backlog visible the whole time.

  4. 042 weeks

    Launch & handover

Data migration, load testing, security review, runbooks and training. Then either we operate it under an SLA, or your team does with everything documented.

Discovery call

Tell us what nobody else can build for you.

45 minutes with an engineer, not a salesperson. You leave with an honest read on feasibility, effort and cost — even if the answer is that you do not need us.

  • An architecture sketch you keep either way
  • A fixed-price range before any commitment
  • A frank verdict on build vs. buy vs. do nothing
  • NDA signed before you share anything sensitive

Or write to info@digitifyzar.com with what you have — a brief, a spreadsheet, or a description of the mess.

Everything you share is covered by an NDA on request.

FAQ

Custom builds, answered.

You do, in full, from the first commit — it is written into the contract. We work in your repository where you have one. Source-code escrow is available for regulated customers who also want a third-party guarantee.

The discovery sprint exists to make the scope specific enough to price. Once fixed, changes go through a written change request with its own estimate — so the price moves only when you decide it should, not because an estimate was optimistic.

Yes. Most projects ship a React Native app for iOS and Android alongside the web application, sharing the same API and design system. We publish to both stores under your developer accounts and hand over the signing keys.

Often, yes — but we insist on a short code and architecture audit first. If the honest answer is that a rewrite is cheaper than a rescue, we will tell you that before you have spent anything on the build.

Your choice. We can operate the platform under a managed SLA on our own infrastructure, provide a development retainer for ongoing feature work, or hand over completely with documentation, runbooks and a training period for your team.
