What just happened
Nobody from your team touched this conversation.
The flow above runs on the official WhatsApp Business Platform. Templates are pre-approved by Meta, the reply buttons are native WhatsApp components, and every action writes straight back into your ERP.

What businesses in Pakistan actually automate.
Every one of these replaces a phone call, a counter visit or an SMS that nobody read.
Fee and invoice reminders
Send the challan, the payment link and the receipt in one thread. Parents and customers pay from the message instead of visiting a counter.
Schools, clinics, subscription businesses
Appointment booking and reminders
Patients book a slot, get a token, and receive a nudge when the doctor is two patients away — no waiting hall, no phone queue.
Hospitals, clinics, salons, workshops
Order, delivery and renewal alerts
Dispatch confirmations, tracking links, renewal notices and one-tap re-orders, triggered straight from your ERP or store.
Retail, e-commerce, logistics, hosting
Support inbox with real agents
A shared team inbox where the bot handles the routine and hands anything unusual to a human, mid-conversation, with full history.
Any business with a support queue
Broadcast campaigns that land
Segmented campaigns to opted-in audiences using approved marketing templates, with delivery, read and reply reporting per send.
Marketing and admissions teams
Chatbot self-service flows
Balance enquiries, results, timings, tracking, FAQs — answered instantly by a flow that reads from your database, not a canned reply.
High-volume enquiry lines
Already running EduFirst or CareFirst HMS? WhatsApp automation is built in — fee challans and OPD tokens go out of the box, with no separate integration to buy.
What are you paying to be ignored?
SMS bills per message and is read about a fifth of the time. WhatsApp bills per 24-hour conversation and is read almost always. Put your own numbers in.
What you send today
WhatsApp bills per 24-hour conversation, not per message — which is where most of the saving comes from.
Parents, patients, customers or subscribers
Reminders, receipts, alerts and confirmations
Your current gateway rate
Marketing conversations bill at a higher Meta rate than utility ones

Indicative. Assumes 3 messages per 24-hour conversation window, Meta rates of Rs 1 utility and Rs 3 marketing, and 65% of follow-up calls deflected. Meta publishes its own rate card and changes it periodically — we quote against the current one.
Verified and live in about a week.
Meta's process has more dead ends than it should. We have been through it enough times to route around them.
- 012 – 4 days
Business verification with Meta
We submit your registered business documents to Meta Business Manager and shepherd the verification through — including the rejections nobody warns you about.
- 021 – 2 days
Number, display name and green tick
We connect a new or existing number to the API, register your display name, and apply for the official green-tick badge where you qualify.
- 032 – 3 days
Template approval and flow build
We write your message templates to Meta's policy so they pass first time, then build the flows and wire them into your ERP, CRM or store.
- 04Day 7
Go live with a real inbox
Your team gets a shared agent inbox, delivery and read reporting, and a named engineer on call for the first month.

WhatsApp Business API, answered.
Official, through the WhatsApp Business Platform (Meta Cloud API). Unofficial gateways that drive WhatsApp Web get numbers banned, usually at the worst possible moment, and they cannot get you a green tick or approved templates. We only deploy on the official platform.
Two parts. Meta charges per 24-hour conversation — currently around PKR 1.1 for a utility conversation and PKR 2.6 for a marketing one, billed to you at cost with no markup. Digitifyzar charges a platform fee from PKR 18,000 per month covering the inbox, flows, integrations and support. Service conversations started by the customer are free within the 24-hour window. Use the calculator above to model your own volume.
Yes, and most businesses do. The number has to be migrated off the free WhatsApp Business app onto the API — you lose the app's on-device chat history in the process, so we export it first. The number, display name and your customers' saved contact all stay the same.
The official business account badge is granted at Meta's discretion, usually on notability grounds — press coverage, a well-known brand, or a significant public footprint. We prepare and submit the application, and we are straight with you about the odds before you pay for anything. Verification of the business itself, which is what actually unlocks the API, takes two to four days.
Yes. That is the point of building it with the team that also builds ERPs. Flows read live balances, appointment slots, order status or invoice data from EduFirst, CareFirst HMS, your own database, or any system with an API — so the reply is a real answer, not a canned message.
Marketing templates require prior opt-in, and every broadcast carries an opt-out. We configure consent capture, honour opt-outs automatically, and monitor your quality rating — because a number that gets flagged has its send limits cut, which costs far more than the campaign earned.
